The YUDU cloud publishing solution is an excellent method for distributing internal communications such as sales materials, newsletters, HR documentation or general communications either in an open or closed access environment.
The marketing department can deliver the most up to date materials directly on to web, tablet or mobile devices. Information required by the sales team that is used for external presentations can be delivered in minutes in a secure way and locked to a tablet, mobile or PC device. This can include multimedia content such as audio, video and slide shows.
Security: YUDU uses HTTPS encrypted URLs to deliver downloaded content to tablet and mobile devices and there is a full Digital Rights Management (DRM) system that sits across the whole YUDU cloud publishing system to control access to any published content. You can decide which member of staff has access to content and this can all be controlled from a single interface which sits on the web in the YUDU publishing interface. It is also possible to host our web editions on your own URLs if this is required.
Closed access enterprise apps: We can also deliver app solutions directly on to tablets in a closed access environment via the Apple enterprise developer licence. Any larger organisation can apply for this. This is a secure environment that delivers content away from the App Store, directly on to the tablet. You create a username and password via the YUDU system and each user can have their iPad app locked to a specific login.
If version control is important, you can easily update the content and de-publish any outdated content. Any old URLs will expire on the Web and any content that is updated will send a notification to tablet and mobile users to download the latest edition.
