The right candidate will develop and expand our EMEA client base, building upon existing relationships across the Publishing, Retail and Corporate sectors. Building on existing client relationships through the extensive knowledge of our clients operations, people and businesses; ensuring that our clients success and satisfaction from our products and services remain strong.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for handling repeat business and contract renewals. You will be pro-active to indentify up-sell opportunities within our clients businesses and associated channels.
Liaising with our Production, Development and Sales teams, you will regularly schedule internal meetings to review changes to our clients activities, while identifying opportunities for clients to align their strategies alongside our development roadmap.
Acting as the main point of contact for existing clients, you will need to manage the Production workflow and client expectations through constant liaison between all parties.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures in a clear manner to both our clients and internal teams.
Strong presentation skills both in person and via the web, with the ability to engage our clients in a range of technical and business discussions.
Experience of handling Accounts on a daily basis, including monthly financial and pipeline reporting, alongside the management of all opportunities and client interactions.
Hours of work:
11am-7pm with a view to move to 2pm-10pm to further assist the U.S timezones.

About the role:
Based in the Lancashire office, the successful candidate will join our UK Operations team providing A* customer service and technical assistance to our clients in the UK, US, EU and occasionally ROW.
Duties will include:
To be successful within the role, you must have an excellent phone manner and good writing skills. Being organised with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads will ideally be second nature, as will be the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A cool head whilst working with speed and efficiency is a highly desirable trait. Given that the position is customer service orientated, punctuality is essential. You would need to ensure that you are available to be contacted by your clients within your stated office hours.
The successful candidate would need to be able to work within a team, but also on their own. Confidence and leadership qualities are preferred. All team members are expected to take initiative and learn new skills, technologies, systems and programming languages would be extremely advantageous.
